Freshman Timeline


  • Develop a Bunnell High School personal file, highlighting academic, extra curricular and community involvement/awards.

  • Become familiar with graduation requirements.

  • Carry a strong academic program and maintain excellent attendance records.

  • Develop a relationship with your counselor and teachers.

  • Maintain strong academic performance.

  • Seek assistance or support when neede from teachers and counselors.

  • Talk with teachers, parents, and counselor about your sophomore course selections (February, March).

  • Become involved in an extra-curricular activity, sports, clubs, music, volunteer work, etc.

  • If taking Honors Biology prepare for SAT Subject Test (Biology). This is taken in June; consult with your Biology teacher/counselor.

  • Review finalized 10th grade schedule with counselor in June.
